EXCELLENT Based on 56 reviews D Marie23/08/2025Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Jason began tutoring our son a few years ago when he was unable to attend school. Jason was understanding and spent time getting to know him, finding out what he needed to help him to learn. Having not been in school for a while, he had missed a lot of English lessons and always looked forward to and enjoyed his lessons with Jason. Whilst learning from home, the regular sessions enabled him to catch up. As well as teaching him, Jason has acted as a mentor, giving him time to chat and this all helped hugely in him being able to return to school. He continued his sessions up until his GCSEs and we are so pleased with his results today. A huge thank you to Jason for his outstanding support and teaching, we would not hesitate in recommending him to others. Highly recommend Mr Gilman to others, my Daughter was really struggling with English and has just passed both Literature and Language. She would not of been able to achieve this without having the tutor sessions with Jason. My Daughter is also Dyslexic and Jason knew how to teach in a way that would be understandable for her. Kerry Avery21/08/2025Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My daughter attended the GCSE English revision sessions and found them incredibly helpful - resulting in two grade 6s! Thank you Amy B15/08/2025Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My 13-year-old son absolutely loved the 8-week Raspberry Pi & Python course at Clevedon Library. He went in with a small amount of coding experience and came out confidently building and programming his own robot! Each week built on the last, starting from blinking LEDs and ending with a fully autonomous robot that could follow a line and avoid obstacles. The lessons were clear, hands-on, and perfectly pitched for beginners, while still challenging enough to keep him engaged and excited. The small class size meant he got plenty of one-to-one help when needed, and the friendly, knowledgeable tutor made the sessions fun and inspiring. He’s now talking about all the projects he wants to try next, and I’ve noticed his confidence with technology has grown hugely. I can’t recommend this course enough for any young person interested in coding, robotics, or just making cool things. It’s practical, creative, and a brilliant introduction to real-world programming skills. Nuria is really lovely and very patient. It gave me enough foundational Spanish to get around in Spanish speaking countries. Thank you! kim hall10/06/2025Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The Spanish for Beginners course with Nuria this year has been excellent - Nuria is lovely and the class was very friendly, even visiting Venga for a lesson! I was worried that it might go too fast or too slow for me, but it was well paced for all of us. Highly recommended! Mr Gillman has already built a great working relationship and has given my son the confidence to believe that with work, he can be successful in English. What makes our team thrive?

If you’re an educator looking to work with purpose, direction, and genuine support, we’d love to hear from you.
For us, it’s not just about delivering great lessons — it’s about creating a place where people feel fulfilled, challenged, and part of something meaningful.
We’ve been reflecting on what makes our team so strong, and it comes down to our core values:
- Teamwork – We genuinely enjoy working together. Collaboration is at the heart of what we do.
- Purpose – Each tutor has their own personal “why” — and that passion drives powerful teaching.
- Direction – We’re all moving forward, together. There’s a shared vision and space to grow.
- Autonomy – Tutors lead their subjects and departments with real ownership and creativity.
- Challenge – The work stretches us in all the right ways — no one is underused or overwhelmed.
These values aren’t just statements — they guide how we support our students and each other.
