What makes our team thrive?

Mr G Team Values

If you’re an educator looking to work with purpose, direction, and genuine support, we’d love to hear from you.

For us, it’s not just about delivering great lessons — it’s about creating a place where people feel fulfilled, challenged, and part of something meaningful.

We’ve been reflecting on what makes our team so strong, and it comes down to our core values:

  • Teamwork – We genuinely enjoy working together. Collaboration is at the heart of what we do.
  • Purpose – Each tutor has their own personal “why” — and that passion drives powerful teaching.
  • Direction – We’re all moving forward, together. There’s a shared vision and space to grow.
  • Autonomy – Tutors lead their subjects and departments with real ownership and creativity.
  • Challenge – The work stretches us in all the right ways — no one is underused or overwhelmed.

These values aren’t just statements — they guide how we support our students and each other.
